1. Weekly & Monthly Payroll Processing

We run your payroll on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis — depending on your business cycle. Salaries, wages, overtime, commissions, and deductions are processed securely and confidentially. Payslips are delivered digitally, and we maintain a payroll register for every period. Whether your team is five people or fifty, we guarantee consistency and accuracy.

2. Statutory Deductions & EMP201 Submissions

As part of every payroll run, we calculate and deduct all relevant taxes and contributions — including PAYE (Pay As You Earn), SDL (Skills Development Levy), and UIF (Unemployment Insurance Fund). We then prepare and submit the EMP201 return to SARS through eFiling before the deadline, and assist with payment confirmation or issue resolution where needed.

3. EMP501 Reconciliations & IRP5 Certificates

Twice a year, your business must reconcile its total PAYE/SDL/UIF contributions with actual payments made — and submit this to SARS as an EMP501 return. We prepare this reconciliation in detail, fix any discrepancies, and generate the IRP5 and IT3a certificates your employees need to submit their own tax returns.

4. HR-Linked Payroll Support

We help you manage and record non-salary elements such as leave accruals, bonuses, travel reimbursements, advances, garnishee orders, and other payroll-related transactions. Our system ensures these are recorded transparently and reflected correctly in the monthly pay run.

5. SARS & Department of Labour Compliance

Should you face any payroll-related queries or audits from SARS or the Department of Labour, we act as your representative. We respond to verification requests, prepare supporting documentation, and help you pass reconciliations or compliance checks with minimal disruption.
